Streamlined. Synced. Smarter.
That’s the vision behind vAutoStock’s latest integration with Autoclenz, designed to transform vehicle preparation for dealerships across the UK.
For too long, dealerships have battled disconnected systems, manual duplication, and time-consuming handovers between teams. The result? Missed steps, delays, and slower time-to-sale. Now, vAutoStock and Autoclenz are working together to change that.
Why This Matters
With the new integration, dealerships no longer need to enter jobs twice or rely on manual handovers. Instead:
Vehicles move seamlessly from vAutoStock into Autoclenz the moment valeting is required.
Valeting teams receive live updates directly, cutting out the need for waiting on emails or printed lists.
Jobs are automatically prioritised by urgency, ensuring resources are planned more accurately.
Managers gain complete visibility into progress, turnaround times, and workload allocation.
The result is faster time-to-sale, fewer delays, and happier teams.
As Chris Barrett, Managing Director at vAutoStock, explains:
“In 2025, our focus is on eliminating time drains, and disconnected systems are one of the biggest culprits. The cars are already moving—the systems should too.”
Built for Speed and Clarity
This integration wasn’t built in isolation—it was shaped by direct feedback from dealerships. Many reported bottlenecks caused by valeting backlogs, confusion over which vehicles were ready, and frustration with reliance on spreadsheets or end-of-day printouts.
Now, vAutoStock does the heavy lifting:
As soon as a vehicle hits the “Valet Required” stage, it’s automatically created as a job in Autoclenz.
If a job status changes (completed, delayed, reassigned), vAutoStock reflects it instantly.
Teams no longer need to manually duplicate jobs or notify valeters—it all happens automatically.
One dealership shared that they were manually adding 500 valeting jobs a week to their system. With this integration, that workload is eliminated in a single stroke.
Looking Ahead
The Autoclenz integration is just the start of vAutoStock’s 2025 roadmap. Future connections with bodyshops, logistics providers, and internal CRMs are already in development.
“We’re inviting other tech platforms to explore integration too,”
adds Barrett.
“Because prep shouldn’t be the bottleneck in a dealership—it should be the engine.”
