How it works?
If you are using paper forms stop and start using this with your customers. Much more professional and the form never goes missing.
With most enquiries now starting online, when you receive an enquiry from a customer who has a part-exchange, simply send them a link to allow them to appraise their vehicle from the comfort of their home. It can be added to your website if required. As soon as the customer has completed the appraisal you will instantly see all the information you need to value the vehicle and offer them a price.
As you could be delivering to the customer and collecting their part-exchange you have a digital record to avoid any disputes on delivery.
Once out of lock down this can be used in the showroom by the sales team. If they are still handing over paper-based appraisals this is a much more hygienic way to do things.
