Stock feeds
We use existing stock reports from your dealer management system we add vehicles to vAutoPrep. You can set the criteria you wish to send. We are able to take this report via CSV to a SFTP or if there is an API we can use this. Additionally vehicles can be uploaded or added manually. Automating process completion

In addition to the stock feeds we can also take reports from your DMS. For example some of our clients feed us a costed WIP/Invoiced notification which we use to complete the Mechanical and Body process and move to the next
Key systems
If you are using and electronic key system such as Traka we are able to take a feed from this and publish the key information on vAutoPrep. Saving your staff time.
Valet and other systems
If you have to add jobs in valeting systems manually STOP! With vAutoPrep we do this for you.
Pushing back in
Either via our open API or pushing back into other systems API’s we can raise lines, up lines, change vehicle location and complete jobs. If there are no API’s available or allowed then we have our vAutoBots solution.

Stock is fed to vAutoStock from the dealer management system as well as updating Workshop and Bodyshop to avoid duplication. Additionally, information from valeting and other third-party systems talk to each other reducing input to them. This seamless integration has significantly boosted efficiency, saving hundreds of staff hours each month.
